The room itself is vlean, but the bathroom had a real smell of sewage. The drains would benefit from being flushed or more thoroughly bleached.
The reception staff could have been a bit more welcoming for a first time visitor who is unfamiliar with protocols of checking in.
The facilities seemed well appointed though, although more information would have been welcomed.

Super, super luxurious hotel in a weird but very charming city, we happened to come across.
We needed somewhere to stay, so we could visit Efteling - this hotel was perfect. About 25 minutes to the park, by car.
Highly recommended!
