Hidden gem of a place to stay in London at a reasonable price. The room was modern, clean and fairly spacious, way better than I expected and what you'd think from the outside, stairs up.
The pub below is nice with a young professional vibe. There apparently is live music on a Thursday that I definitely would have stayed for if I could.
Most importantly was that it wasn't loud in my room above and I wouldn't have known I was above it.
The staff were super friendly and accomodating. I certainly would stay here again if I'm doing anything nearby.

This was my first time staying at a Pub/Hotel mix. I would definitely recommend it to people who are traveling light , as the stairs going up to the rental are narrow and winding. The manager of the hotel - Bhargav - was extremely helpful in making my stay comfortable and helping me arrange morning transportation to Paddington station. I can't thank him enough for the help and concern he showed towards me and my wife. He is a true asset to this establishment. I will definitely come back again - but with fewer bags
