The customer service was exceptional and the staff were all extremely friendly and helpful. All requests before arrival were dealt with before arrived. Room was amazing and exceptionally clean. The hotel itself was immaculate and there was a good selection of food and drink. The gardens were well kept and beautiful. I would highly recommend and have boo a further satay here already

Hotel was clean and staff went above and beyond, hadn't told them it was for a birthday but when arrived early and left balloons prior to checking in later in day came back to them having decorated the room. Highly recommend and will stay again
