Overall experience was good. Parking was available as well. Bed was firm but suitable for me. Hot water didn’t work. Overall Ok stay.

Great location o the beach. Many restaurants and shopping options
Is an apartment style location so no real lobby. I was expecting a typical hotel so check in was a bit challenging but the staff were helpful

The property itself was excellent, but I was confused by the naming. The actual signage for the property is simply "The Title", not "The Title Beach Front".
There are several different wings of the complex - Title III, Title V, Title East Wing.
Once I contacted the property via WhatsApp it was easy to find the entrance (next to L'Orange via a security door).
However, the tourist centre across the street left the power cords for their lighting uncovered in the rainstorm. Multiple nights were filled with raw sparks and explosions from the electrical setup next to the sidewalk, so I did not get a lot of sleep for half my stay.
However, when this did not happen, the area was amazingly quiet, though filled with the odor of cannabis in the night.
Would definitely return if the electrical issue is resolved.

Our studio was small but very nice. Quiet with pool access.Nice deck area to eat or sit at and beds around the pool. Pool a bit shallow but otherwise pleasant. Had everything we needed - good WiFi, TV with English channels. Bathroom with shower. Kitchen with microwave and 2 hobs,fridge, cutlery and crockery. Development next to coffee shop, 7/11 store and restaurants. Very efficient and pleasant.
