Hotel is beautiful with great amenities
Reception staff is so courteous and kind. I was offered late check out as my flight departed late at night.
There’s free ferry transfer to Icon Siam shopping centre.
All the staff that I met were very attentive and helpful.

An elite property with wonderful staff and great amenities. Our only disappointment was not knowing the hotel was hosting a large wedding during our stay that impacted multiple venues on different days preventing our use. The DJ also played for 5 hours on Sunday making the pool difficult to enjoy. The pulse and base was loud enough to be heard in our 3rd floor room at 9am - 2pm. Again the property and staff were first class but I believe hotels should notify resrvation holders when they book if it’s facilities are impacted this way.
