Excellent property for our family of 5. Rooftop pool and eating area was amazing. All the bedrooms, bathrooms and living space top notch. We would definitely stay here again. There's a 7-Eleven across the street right outside the gated community. We didn't walk anywhere. We used a taxi and then rented a car. Just be careful with parking when exploring. We got our car towed in the hotel beach zone.

We stayed at the penthouse and had a great time. There’s more pros than cons, that I will share:
Pros
Location is great, in a closed secured part of Zama, security 24/7, lots of restaurants, cafes, shops and tour operators within walking distance.
Pool and patio area are really nice, spacious and has a shaded and a sunny side area.
Rooms are spacious, and so are the bathrooms. Kitchen is clean and well equipped to make food.
There’s a mini store and two pharmacies right across the street. The housekeeping team was really nice and helpful. Beautiful place to stay.
Cons
Internet-super spotty, had issues the entire stay. It only worked on the main floor, once you went to the upstairs room or pool area, it did not work. I message Liana but her response was that she would report it to the provider :(
Overall, I would stay here again, and would recommend it, but the person in charge needs to step up her act, and be more responsive.

The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part.
