The hotel staff couldn’t do enough for you. The team arranged a transfer from the airport with less than 24 hours notice.
Totally professional and friendly during the check in. The suite we stayed was incredible, including the most comfortable hotel bed ever - I think it’s possibly the nicest hotel room we’ve ever stayed in. The hotel garden area should not be overlooked for a couple of quiet hours relaxing. Hotel is in a perfect location and park at the end of the street was a lovely place for a walk.
Honestly, just the best experience.
We will definitely rebook for Amber Design Residence the next time we come to Krakow. Thanks for helping make our trip special.
