The staff was very helpful with getting me a taxi. They were willing to call several companies to get me a ride that worked for me and were always polite and respectful.

This hotel surprised us with a nice onsen experience, yummy food in their restaurant, comfortable room and washing machines and dryers. Room rates are very reasonable for the facilities provided.
