The rooms booked were quiet and spacious. They were clean and tidy. Breakfast was wonderful as it was delivered directly to room and the food was fantastic. Staff was helpful and friendly and they could speak English. Hotel location is perfect which is only 5-7 min away from JR station by walk and 2 convenience stores are next to hotel. There is only 1 comment about the room setting: the bed is too close to the window and there is no heater near the window, so the cold air flows in the room and it is hard to sleep in winter.

The hotel only a 5min walk from Karuizawa station. Bike rentals are available in the hotel itself, which was very convenient. You can cycle to Kumoba pond and the Old Ginza Street and be able to reach in less than 30mins. I stayed for 7 nights. Breakfast was delivered in a basket at your preferred time (from 7am to 9.30am). Room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was spacious as well and the best part was the auto toilet bowl. Room is cleaned everyday, but if you wish not to be disturbed, the staff will just leave a fresh set of towels and bottled water in a paper bag outside your door, which was a very nice touch. Had a comfortable stay here and will definitely come back again!
