Communication with staff before check-in was not ideal. Filling out a registration form prior to receiving access to rooms was inconvenient. They promise access within 24 hours of check-in. But that was not the case. I had to text the admin several times. However, the location is excellent with many (upscale/$$$$) dining options, supermarket (Fresh Market), and shopping options; all within walking distance. Rooms are perfect for the solo business traveler who is spending most of their time during the day working.
