My 2nd visit here, they made some improvements to serving guests and added attentiveness to guests needs. Family-Friendly place. No other hotel i’d be in Tanjungpinang. Happy with my stay.

The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They care and pay attention to every need of mine. They put in efforts to make my stay an easier and more relaxed stay. I am definitely coming back here to stay.

I booked Alltrue Hotel Bintan after leaving another hotel due to safety concerns, and I’m glad I did.
The hotel felt much safer, cleaner, and more comfortable. The room condition was much better, and I was able to finally settle down properly for my solo trip. As a solo traveller, feeling safe in the room is very important, and Alltrue gave me that peace of mind.
It may not be a beach resort, but it works well as a comfortable base in Tanjung Pinang.
What stood out most was the service. During one of my outings, I ended up at a place where I could not get a Grab back to the hotel. I contacted the hotel, and they arranged a vehicle to pick me up. That really helped me a lot, especially as I was travelling alone and not familiar with the area.
Overall, Alltrue Hotel Bintan was a reliable and reassuring stay. It gave me the safety, comfort, and support I needed after a stressful start to my trip. I would recommend it especially to solo travellers who want a cleaner, safer, and more convenient hotel base in Tanjung Pinang.
