Glance Hotel In Florence

Great location to sites with a shallow pool and bar on the rooftop. Rooftop only has shade in bar area It would be a 5* if they built the same shade structure on one side of pool for shade. Rooms are great size for Europe. Did have to wait more than 20 mins to checkout this morning with only one couple in front of us. Other clerk was on the phone. The restaurant La Grantella around the corner is a must visit for Dinner - make reservations. Breakfast has large amount of choices and air conditioning is amazing!

Very modern and clean and close to city centre. Staff very friendly and nice gesture from them was giving us a bottle of champagne upon check in

The staff and hotel itself was wonderful! The rooftop had amazing views. The only thing to note was the hallway on our floor had a weird smell and at night we could hear the plumbing.

We had a great stay at Hotel Glance! The location in historical Florence is unbeatable—just steps away from Mercato Centrale, San Lorenzo Market, delicious eateries, and major museums and attractions. The rooftop pool and bar were top-notch, and the complimentary breakfast was always fresh and delicious. We also loved that the staff could book taxis in advance for our arrivals and excursions. The only drawback was getting back to the hotel after a night out. Finding a taxi took over 40 minutes, and calling the provided cab numbers resulted in frequent disconnects and canceled rides, which was quite stressful for travelers unfamiliar with the area. More assistance or guidance on late-night transit would be a huge help. Overall, I would definitely stay here again!
