Place is nice, the staff helpful, has a limited continental breakfast and it is not so close to Newport as I thougth. But it is a nice small hotel good for taking some days off in a relaxed environment.

Really tranquil room facing the ocean with great interior design. Deeply relaxing to hear the surf in the distance.
