We had a wonderful stay at Kasa and would absolutely stay here again. The room was exactly as described in the listing—clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Everything was ready when we arrived, and the space looked just like the photos, which is always appreciated.
Communication was outstanding from start to finish. Every question we had was answered quickly, and the instructions for check-in, check-out, and everything in between were clear and easy to follow. It made the entire experience stress-free.
One thing that really impressed us was how quiet the room was. Even though it’s right in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter, where 5th Street can be very lively and noisy on the weekends, we were pleasantly surprised by how little of that we heard inside the room. We slept great every night.
If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable place in an excellent location with responsive hosts and an easy, hassle-free experience, I highly recommend Kasa. It was exactly what we were hoping for, and we’d happily book here again on our next trip to San Diego.
