The property is well located for our travels
Being a Canadian we love De Valk as it is very similar to our better local hotels
The rooms the service the food and the people are amazing
We found that Holland was not as clean as we are used to
Walking around downtown Zwolle was very disappointing garbage and weeds everywhere

Spacious rooms with a stylish, spare, vibe. Good quality furnishings. Excellent beds/duvets. Multiple bars/restaurants with a useful self-serve shop at Reception. Wide open areas that don’t feel sparse but give you plenty of room to move around and good privacy even in public areas.
Restaurant food Good, Breakfast food/choices excellent.
Great Staff who are very polite and very helpful. No questions unanswered and no issues (1) unresolved. Everything taken care of.
Systems (IT, Booking, Reservations and wi-if didn;t miss a beat. All correct and timely.
Spa area - pool/gym - good.
Will stay again when ever I’m n the area or passing through.
