I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. The location was convenient and close to restaurants, attractions, and transportation.
The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet the room was at night. The facilities were in great condition, and everything exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and stress-free stay.
Thank you for making my trip even more enjoyable!

The hotel staff are friendly and provide excellent service. The hotel could improve with their pillow selection and the morning coffee, as it doesn’t match the overall quality of the property after all we are in colombia the coffee capital of the world…. I’ve dined at the rooftop restaurant many times it’s a very over priced restaurant, but it’s disappointing that they charge extra if you ask for a little more chips or a little more sauce without telling you. The female manager has a horrible attitude also seems inattentive to guests, often spending time on her phone or watching TV instead of engaging with customers, never again
