Very nice, modern hotel. Short walking distance to Playa del Carmen beach and the famous 5th street with shops, bars, restaurants, and great people watching. The hotel has a very good buffet breakfast; rooms are spacious and modern. I highly recommend Fiesta Inn Playa del Carmen…HOWEVER: bring earplugs. All the rooms face the ocean and the close proximity to 5th street bars means it is VERY noisy starting around 9pm and lasting way beyond 2am.

Good breakfast menu. Parking was safe and underground. Very convenient to the main pedestrian street with lots of bars and restaurants.
