No front desk or anyone around to bring me towels. Only gave me one towel for four nights. Very quiet and clean, but not the typical hotel experience. You have to grab your own extras!

Hotel was great. Good location (close to u-bahn, had good restaurants around.) Room was fantastic--clean, had everything we needed, beautiful window, strong wifi. The only reason we didn't have a perfect review is there were some issues with our check-in. The hotel never received our early checkin. As such, we didn't get into our room until after 4PM while jet-lagged. Otherwise, great stay and would recommend!

Great apartment in Mitte with amenities to cook, clean and do washing at ease. The apartment had a comfortable bed and good kitchen utility for the space. I hadn’t stayed in a digital hotel before but it was great

I loved my stay at Bob W and would definitely recommend.
The accommodation was in a great location, situated only a couple of minutes from 2 underground stations and walking distance to a lot of tourist attractions!
The check-in process is great as long as you complete the online form prior to your stay (though the team are very responsive in WhatsApp if you do have any issues). But note that there’s no reception there - it’s all virtual
The optional extras are easy to add through the guest portal and add lovely touches to your stay (we went with the Polaroid camera which was a great addition!)
The room was lovely and spacious and the access to the communal areas and luggage rooms both prior to check-in and after checking out was really useful!
