The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious and hot. Our beds were very comfortable and it was in a quiet part of town.

Spotlessly clean and very well maintained room. Staff were very helpful and the breakfast was tasty with lots of choice.
The only fault really was the automated check in - which is a gimmick too far. If there are no staff around you have to phone them anyway - if there are staff there then there's no reason why they can't check you in.
Apart from that - 5 stars.

Works were going on in the hotel, so the ground floor was somewhat messy. But the room was nice, clean and well-equipped, and quiet. The location in the center of Rothenburg is fantastic, and they provide a paying parking spot for your car. The breakfast buffet was good, and they prepare your eggs on demand.

The best stay we’ve had in Europe so far! Absolutely fantastic location, excellent staff and great rooms. The free breakfast was wonderful and so was the breakfast staff, will be telling everyone about this place!!
