The location is good and the staff is friendly. But the wifi was down during my last night stay. This is not good.

This was a great location, close to train station and restaurants.
The room was as expected. The breakfast buffet was great. Free coffee 24/7.

The room was clean. A little on the smaller side, but that is expected in a japanese environment. The aircon/heating was efficient.

"Small room but highly functional, from the keys, toilet featured, comfortable bed and multiple pillows. Breakfast is really good too. Definitely, we'll come back when in Nagoya"
