My family and I are happy we stayed here.
The place was beautiful, but the staff was the best part.
Always asking and making sure everything was ok.

Very attentive staff. Very nice breakfast, with eggs if you would like them. Lorena was very helpful at check in and looked after are needs throughout our 3 day stay.
Since the hotel is in Santa Fe but not right at central square, not noisy at night and close to highway to Medellín to get back to Medellin from Santa Fe.
