Room was nice, I was a little surprised there was no dresser or closet but that's on me for not reading the details closely and we managed just fine without. AC worked very well it was super convenient having a remote! Staff were lovely and very helpful. Food in the restaurant was great and fresh 😁

Our stay at Experience by G in Mazatlán didn’t start off the way we had hoped, but it ended on a very positive note. What made the biggest difference was the manager taking the time to personally speak with me and my family about our concerns. He genuinely listened and went above and beyond to make things right.
After that conversation, our experience completely changed. The bar was fully stocked and stayed open later, and our late checkout fee was graciously waived. Those thoughtful gestures made us feel truly valued as guests.
Although the hotel is a bit farther from the main attractions, it gave us the opportunity to walk around and discover more of Mazatlán, which ended up being one of the highlights of our trip.
Thank you to the manager and staff for turning our stay into a positive experience. Great customer service can make all the difference.
