Our stay at The Westin Desaru Coast was truly wonderful and exceeded our expectations.
The location is excellent, with direct beach access and a peaceful atmosphere that makes it an ideal destination for a relaxing getaway. The property is exceptionally well maintained, with beautiful landscaping, clean facilities, and spacious, comfortable rooms that reflect the high standards of the resort.
The staff were warm, courteous, and always willing to help. Their professionalism and genuine hospitality made our stay even more enjoyable.
A special mention goes to Prego Italian Restaurant, which was undoubtedly the highlight of our dining experience. The food was outstanding, with authentic flavors, beautifully presented dishes, and amazing delicacies that we thoroughly enjoyed. It is a must-visit while staying at the resort.
The breakfast buffet was extensive, offering an impressive continental and international spread with plenty of fresh and delicious options.
The only area that could be improved is the Indian breakfast selection. The parathas and dosas were noticeably oily, and a lighter, more authentic preparation would make the breakfast experience even better for Indian guests.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and left feeling completely refreshed and relaxed. We would happily recommend The Westin Desaru Coast to anyone looking for a luxurious and rejuvenating beach holiday, and we look forward to returning in the future.

There are so many good things to comment on this hotel. The room was clean, bed are so comfortable with heavenly pillow to lie on and hug. The breakfast has too many varieties, and at the same time, delicious, love the Earl Grey croissant. We had our dinner at Prego, it’s really delicious, and 25%discount for in house hotel guests which is very thoughtful. The beach is also beautiful and clean. Also near to the golf course, we went there for chipping and putting free of charge. We will come back again hopefully.
