I like the Hotel set up and the staff are very friendly. What I didn't like was that as a Disabled person, I wasn't supported as expected especially supporting me with my luggage down to the reception which was very stressful for me to do it alone with my walking stick. .roommyugsrted

I’m only writing with regards to the room we stayed. The carpet smells and very small room. Be sure not to take the double bed economy when making reservations or ask the size of the room. Had we knew the size we should have reserved a bigger room.
Location is good walking distance to St Bernadette’s house and the Sanctuary.
Very helpful reception staff as well as the complimentary breakfast is great.
