The Serra was truly wonderful. It surpassed much more expensive hotels we have stayed at even taking account of status upgrades.
The room was spacious and beautiful- one small criticism is the low hanging light over the table which I hit with my head - twice. But a lovely bath and separate huge shower along with high quality towels and robes.
Lovely bar, sitting area and restaurant.
I sound like an advert - but it was really that good.

We enjoyed our stay there very much. It was very close to everything in Agen. The staff was very helpful and friendly and would highly recommend to other visitors.

Lovely hotel, great parking access (even with our camper van). Was disappointing that the restaurant wasn't open as we didn't realise this when booking.
