The location is perfect. The views to the lagoon were beautiful. The staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. It was a great stay! I’d recommend to anyone visiting Bacalar.

Did not offer any help with luggage and the included breakfast was one of the worst I’ve ever had. Aside from that, the property is BEAUTIFUL, the view is SPECTACULAR, and this is the best place to watch the sunrise I’ve experienced in Mexico!
