Excellent location of yhis property on the Narmada river banks. With rooms facing the river. Excellent staff very helpful and professional. Superb food with a hugh breakfast. The host Ms Saheli is too good.

The stay was good; however, my ratings are based on value for money. I felt that for the same price, I would have had a better experience in the Fern or similar properties. Specifically, there is nothing much in terms of facilities - there is a small Gym and a swimming pool. Full stop. Several of the staff seem to be interning there and obviously don't have much of a say - including simple requests for two key cards. They obliged with two cards for one room but refused for the other. One would expect that such facilities have some common room with some Chess or carrom but was not available - As I said, the property was ok, but when considering value of money, it was not up to the mark.
