This location is like a "do it yourself" B&B. Scones (biscuits for Americans), toast, and fruit are offered for breakfast. Other than that, you can cook your own food in the kitchen. There's a refrigerator for your food - make sure you label it. You'll clean your own dishes after eating.
The room was nice and clean, tho small for four people.

The room was immaculate but compact. It was great that our suitcases could slide under the bed. The kitchen and lounge areas were well equipped and comfortable. Staff were very friendly.

We loved this place. Tabletennis, Pool, Darts Board games, wood-fired pizza oven. BBQ free breakfast. Very much a lodge not a five star hotel. We loved it and so close to Picton. CBD and the Ferry.
