The spa could have been better and the pool water could have been warmer, but otherwise very pleased overall with the experience. Didn't expect the hotel to be as fancy as it was for how much it cost

The AC was out of control.

The hotel lobby does give the impression of a 4 star hotel but the room tells a different story. Run down toilet amenities, chipped toilet vase, dislodged shampoo, rusty kettle are just some examples.
Requested for an Iron box & board, ended up with just the box with! Location is generally ok with access to taxi & metro. Overall it's barely a 3 star hotel. Not worth unless you grab a good discount.
