Hotel 2 blocks from a subway station on U1 line. Has A/C in rooms, much needed during heatwave in MUC. Basic breakfast buffet.

The room was good for me but very basic. What you pay for. The staff were helpful and friendly. It’s well positioned near two U-Bahn stations and the trains were frequent and quick.
