The staff and owner are very polite and friendly.
They also helped us with vehicle and Pooja bookings.

Staff was really rude to my family. They did not provide milk when asked for it. Excuse was, "we do not carry milk". It was during the open hours of the kitchen. There was no microwave in the room. When my husband went to the reception to extend the stay the staff said, "have you never stayed at a hotel before?". Who does that to a paying customer?
Beds were good. Room was too tight. Hotel is cheaper if paid in person than what is listed on Expedia by 3 times.
