Staff: The best staff - So kind, so polite, so professional.
This APA Hotel experience was seamless, better service than in Tokyo or Osaka. The staff made this place special. Like the kind warmth of an old Tokaido Inn or the family favourite ramen shop - this felt like home.

Easy check-in process and right in the middle of downtown. We were able to store our bags when arriving in the morning before we could enter the room. Very close to tram/bus stop that goes to the airport and Shinkansen train station. The beds were comfortable but a little on the softer side, and the amenities provided were very nice. Recommended!
