Zivan was an outstanding host and made planning our visit to Plitvice Lakes so much easier. He showed us exactly where to park and even pointed us toward a local entrance with hidden viewpoints that were completely empty—such a special experience.
The apartments were simple to find, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay.
There are a few restaurants and shops nearby, all reasonably priced, but the best meal we had was the one Zivan and his wife cooked for us. It was absolutely lovely.
These apartments genuinely feel like a home away from home, and we can’t wait to return.

We only stayed one night here for our day at Plitvice Lakes but we wish we had time to stay longer! The room is beautiful and the host was incredibly helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Probably one of the best place we've stayed. Very clean spacious room and comfortable beds. We were a family of 4 with two teens. Had kitchen with everything, we had breakfast at our balcony with breathtaking view. Dinner was lovely too. Zivan was the kindest and charming host who really looks after us, great advice/tips around the plitzice national park. We'd definitely come back!
