We have stayed at Astor house before so we came back to the same apartment.
They had upgraded the sofas to recliners which was a nice surprise.
The apartment itself is easy to get to clean and Torquay town centre is a short walk away.
It has a great view over the beach side of Torquay and the area is quiet.
The place is clean and well maintained and the host kindly provided some biscuits and milk.
I would highly recommend this place.

Nice view, reasonably clean, aged but still ok.

Immaculately clean, spacious and overlooking beach.

Check in was easy, good communications with host. Well equipped, comfortable and spacious apartment with a great view of the bay.
Good value for money, especially in the off season.
A car is a must as the roads are very, very steep.
