everything excellent : cleanliness, amenities of a 4 star hotel , professional staff, accessability ( metro station + bus headed to city centre 2 mins away) , safe area with restaurants and bars . My next time in Baku will be again at Ibis.

Excellent room and a good transfer service, had a very good sleep and quick travel from airport to the hotel

Overall it was just OK. When I had asked for the taxi pick up from the airport, I did not receive any response after repeated follow-ups. So, I had to book myself from the airport. Also, at the time of check-in I was rudely informed the breakfast was not included although it was clearly mentioned in my booking reservation. After I showed them the proof, they accepted my point. For a business standard hotel, such behaviour is unacceptable.
Overall, the room is fine and breakfast spread was decent, if not great.
