Great location for touring old Evora. Ask the receptionist for info on the two nearby local restaurants.

I think the property is a great find and in a great location! The facility was very busy upon my arrival. Check-in was delayed by an hour due to the crowd. The room was nice, clean and well appointed, but I had issues with the air-conditioning on two nights. The staff was very apologetic and helpful in obtaining a fan that the air-conditioning was not resolved during my stay. They were very dog friendly and brought dog supplies to the room during the day.

We arrived at 2 PM. Room was not ready. Check in time was 3 PM. So that was fine.
We came back at 3 PM. They needed more time to clean. Staff asked for my CC. They wrote the information on a piece of paper. NOT ACCEPTABLE!
no towels in the room which is fine, maybe they forgot, but we recived the towels 4 hours later after 3 calls and going down to the front desk once.
Otherwise, the restaurant was great. Their breakfast and set up was the best among the other 10 hotels we stayed.
