The Front desk. Everyone was so hospitable and helpful. I would definitely stay there again. They made it a home away from home.

As a born and raised New Yorker visiting family- I'm so glad I found this hotel! It is away from the super tourists and much more affordable than the tiny shared downtown hotels while still being by the subway. It was closer to my fabulous and it had a uniquely Washington Heights vibe which made me nostalgic.
Only feedback I have is that the drink voucher was unclear. I even went to the host/greeter and showed it to them and they let me order a drink that wasn't included. They were gracious after the issue was brought up a nd we worked it out but should the receptionist or the voucher itself should say- "must order at the bar and not a table."
