All staff are professional and friendly, in particular Ayu counter staff. The rooms are large with balcony and so clean with large windows, allowing lots of natural light. Bathroom also huge with bathtub.
The pool area is nice and big with sun lounges and decking for our morning stretches.
There’s a restaurant with good menu and a nice rooftop area for breakfast.
Neat flourishing garden on the property with clean pathways.
It was very good value for money and will come back again.

I stayed in room 114. Room wise everything was fine. Bathroom and tub was very dirty could use a good cleaning. Speaking of the tub, the shower head has water flying all over the place instead of it all being in one direction. The fridge had mold spots around the seal. Aside from that the staff was very friendly and helpful. This is a beautiful resort just needs to be cleaned better.
