Pleasant hotel, bo parking, however the staff helped ensure we had parking in a local lot. Only issue we had, was our room backed onto a road with large garbage cans that were picked up early each morning waking us up. Also being in the French Quarter, around the hotel was noisy for much of the night. However no complaints about the property itself, and the staff were very helpful.

Clean. Near attractions (Bourbon and Freeman streets), Workout facility is off site.

This is our second time at this property and we were just as happy this time - so happy we convinced our friends to change hotels and stay here too! It’s a hotel with true New Orleans charm, but it’s been redone and it’s so nice and clean. The staff is friendly and having Coterie as the restaurant is amazing. My big “why” though is the fact that it’s not a tall tower hotel and I am able to get a lower level floor. The stairs are convenient and so clean! I’m not an elevator girl so this makes all the difference. Their standard parking is not close or cheap, but there are other lots a few blocks away that worked for us.

The room was clean, everything was in working order, and the bathroom was clean too. The hotel is on the edge of the French quarter and I perfect for staying at if you're visiting the there. They don't have parking of there own but there is paid public parking a couple blocks away. They do have an unloading zone right in front for checking in and an elevator to reach your floor. I would definitely stay there again.
