The rooms and bathroom are clean, all the equipments provided functions and well maintained. The hotel have a nice and modern design feel. The lights are eco-friendly i.e. auto on off detection technology. The price is affordable if bought from booking.com but more pricey is bought directly from hotel The triple room is large you can accomodate up to 4-5 pax for small sized people

The room door access uses face recognition which is quite troublesome for some. Mine did not detect and eventually they gave me a normal access card. The superior room is so small compared to the one advertised. You can hardly move around. Some of the rooms has problem with water, broken tap, and a nearby renovation is quite noisy. The room arrangements could have a much better directory and signage for first timers. They mistakenly gave me a wrong room but I refused to change as we already packed out and use the room.

The hotel offers excellent value for money. Its location is very convenient, with amenities such as ZUS Coffee, a clinic, MR.DIY, a mamak restaurant, ECO Shop, and 99 Speedmart all nearby. The parking is also easily accessible and free of charge, making the stay even more hassle-free. Kudos to the hotel for providing the free flow water (i think Coway) too.

You have a great check-in system. However, I would suggest offering guests the option to pay the security deposit via online transfer as well. Many guests nowadays prefer cashless transactions, and it can be inconvenient to find an ATM nearby when cash is required.

Bilik yang bersih,tandas yang bersih bagus tak ada bau orang merokok,samaada dalam bilik atau luar bilik,sesetengah hotel ada orang curi² hisap rokok bila masuk dalam bilik terus bau asap rokok,kekalkan dengan aturan yang sedia ada tentang kesalahan hisap rokok dalam bilik hotel.CADANGAN SAYA...selepas ini letakkan amaran merokok dalam bilik letakkan di pintu bilik Dan dekat dengan tv ..letak besar² beserta dengan denda bila menghisap rokok.Yang lain terbaik ..lepas ni saya nak datang lagi.Turun dari bilik jumpa zus coffee ada Mr diy kedai makan memang senang..TERBAIK PENGURUSAN HOTEL

I stayed a total of 7 nights in two different rooms. My first impression was good. However, in the first room, the window handle was broken, and there was a cracked wall, the cement debris fell into a cup, which I accidentally drank from at night. In the second room, there were broken tiles and a leaning sink.
