Mooi, modern appartement. Dicht bij de oude stad. Mooi ruim terras.
De Mercadona om de hoek.
Tuinset op terras niet heel comfortabel.

Great location within walking distance of the major sights. The apartment was a good size, modern and had everything we needed. It was in a quieter neighbourhood, while still being convenient for exploring Valencia.
We weren't fans of the lighting. The apartment was quite dark and we found the ambient lighting impractical. The lights under the kitchen bench and above the dining table were positioned directly at eye level, making it uncomfortable to sit underneath them. There was also some road noise and occasional late-night noise from revellers on the weekend.

Gorgeous modern property, super location and lovely management.. just let down by the cleaning team. I stayed twice .. and each time each apartment really needed a thorough deep clean. They are superficially clean and given a quick wipe from what I saw and if that’s fine for you .. then this is the spot. If you like things cleaned in, around and behind .. then maybe not. I guess because they are suite style apartments they have a lot of people in and out and they flip the apartments alot that maybe it doesn’t allow for a real good clean.
