Nautical themed Guest House with patio and treehouse

Cat was a wonderful host, very hands off and respectful of our privacy but there if needed. The self contained room was originally a double garage, but you would never be able to tell - there was so much room, it was bright, sunny, double glazed with big glass patio doors onto a porch area that was shielded from view of the main property. The garden was beautiful, but what really stood out was the peace and quiet, especially at night. For 3 nights we sat out on our porch with a drink listening to the animals and birds roaming around. Bed and sofa was comfy, kitchenette came equipped with everything you could need and the additions of milk and tea/coffee really made us feel at home as soon as we got there!

The Guest House was easy to find, very comfortable and had everything we needed. We loved the local walks and pubs recommended by the owner.

Great location beautiful and clean well maintained and quiet Great wildlife walks not far, had a drink in the local pub a nice Chinese takeaway and lovely meal at The Cliff Hotel, Barton on sea 👌

The nautical decor, facilities and comfortable bed

When we arrived it was extremely hot, if the French doors and side door had been left open( curtains closed)it would have been more bearable.
