quite pleasant to stay at this property, the staff and admin are friendly and quite helpful. the room is not too spacious but enough for a capacity of 4 people, provided cooking utensils and cutlery. there is a mini market that is open 24 hours in the lobby area, and many food choices. access is quite close to the hospital, and shopping centers.

The lobby area is not like a normal lobby area, there are shops and it's quite confusing because there are 4 different towers, but I was helped by a communicative admin so I didn't have a headache looking for a check-in place.

on the day of arrival there was a wa that explained about the check-in process and wifi code, in my opinion this information is very helpful in the check-in process. I was directed to take the key and access at the laundry and prepare the identity and deposit that had been informed. for the laundry staff, they were friendly and very helpful in directing me where to go to the unit I ordered. for the size of the room I ordered, it was not too big but not cramped for a capacity of 4 people. The water heater worked well, it had a smart TV and the view was towards the zoo and the city quite enjoyable to stay here, the wifi is fast and feels like home. The admin is fast to respond to any complaints.

it's just that there's only 1 AC, but it's okay because it's quite cold and there's an exhaust fan in the small room. when I stayed there was rain and very strong wind, causing water from outside to enter through the gaps in the glass, but it's okay because it was a weather factor.
