Flat is located on ground floor. It is close to the old town and the lungomare (sea shore). There was no breakfast included, no problem, there is a caffeteria next door. Except microwave oven you have everything.

The accomodation is definately dark.

La pulizia all'arrivo era impeccabile.

The host met us about 1/2 hour early, gave us the keys and a quick introduction to the apartment. The bathroom and shower was very nice. Pictures were accurate.

Below grade room was damp, so we needed to use the AC to keep humidity in check. We felt the listing as 9+ close to "Old Town" was somewhat exaggerated.
