Very prompt. I indicated I'll be checking in 4pm and the owner was at the lobby on time to greet me. She also accommodated my request for a 2nd set of key & card so me & my partner can have 1 each (since we'll be very busy during the stay, in & out of the place any time). Place is awesome with a convenience store & a coffee shop at the ground floor. Elevators are busy during rush hours, I thinks that's normal, but elevators must be kept clean, bright & smell good. Bldg looby airconditioning should be maximized so that waiting guests feel comfortable.

Just a minor one -- has a little smell of paint coz the rooms looks newly renovated. Only has 1 set of bed linnens & sheet (best to put an extra in case guests don't like to share blankets)
