Location is excellent. Only a few minutes walk to the ferry and plenty of shops and restaurants on your doorstep.
Lovely spacious apartment with views over the square and beyond to the funicular
A bit noisy at night especially on Saturday as right on the piazza.
Would have been good to have some additional information about supermarket bus and ferry service

Great location that allows to wander around the city of Como very easily. The room is very organized and large, the checkin process is very quick and the owners are really nice and accommodating.
Just got woke up by the same pidgeon who lived under the roof every morning :)

Location
Very simple standard, it works, but everything is fragile and unsteady. Bad communication due to automatic communications.
