La ubicación es muy buena, pues el edificio está situado entre la estación de tren y el centro de la ciudad

Very nice apartment with some adjustment could be perfect !
Needs to refresh a bit the paint on the walls.
The owner didnt answer fast on our requests.
No iron for clothes.
Internet was partially working on and off all the time.
You needed a stable internett signal in order to get in the apartment using the key free access browser.
The floor felt a bit dirty when we came.
Toaster was broken.
Will be nice to have caspules for the dishwasher available for the guests.
The hairdryer was stopping to work while using it and then after 5 min was working again.
The sofa bed in the living room is very uncomfortable to sleep on

Location, the air conditioner works well.
The floors were very dirty, and almost everything in the apartment was broken. Before checking in, make sure to inspect the apartment carefully and document anything that is already damaged, as they require a €200 security deposit and may keep it if something is broken.
The bed sheets were torn, and the shower was leaking. The dishwasher did not work. One of the rooms had no window. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor. If the neighbours were cooking, all the smells would come into the apartment through the ventilation system.
The washing machine was located on another floor, so we had to go there every time we needed to use it.
