Pretty comfortable and cozy stay in Seoul. The host was amazing and very welcoming.

Good location in Hongdae not far from Hongik University Station, though with luggage the walk can be a bit long. Nice that there is a washer and detergent for use and there were lots of little details provided included charging converters. Beds were comfortable and the AC was nice and kept the rooms cool. Wifi worked well.
Some minor items looked like they hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before we arrived, it didn't affect us significantly but was something we noticed. Also the bathroom door is very thin and doesn't afford much privacy. A fair bit of noise can be heard from the street.
