The location was nice & on site restaurant & bar was nice
Hallways were kind of dirt, the toilet did not flush good & carpets were stained

The location is the best!
My only complaints were the elevator near the lobby not going all the way to ground. The other concern was the filter in the room-it was filthy dirty. However, maintenance was quick to bring up a new filter.

Good location. Very friendly staff.
Great restaurant within the hotel.
Indoor pool and water park on site was nice.
Needs an overall cleaning and general repairs.
Kids were disappointed in the hours that the waterpark was actual open for use.

It’s in a beautiful location looking over the ocean
They’ve really let it go down hill over the years. While they’ve made a lot of cosmetic updates, things like noisy beds on broken platforms, very noisy air conditioners, broken elevators, loose faucets, etc have been over looked.
