I recently had the pleasure of staying at your esteemed hotel and wanted to extend my heartfelt thanks for the exceptional experience I had.
Firstly, I must commend your reception staff, especially the young lady who greeted me with such warmth and friendliness. Her attentive service truly set the tone for my stay.
Additionally, I would like to express my special thanks to Mr. Srinivas from the room service team. His dedication to maintaining the cleanliness of my room was remarkable and significantly contributed to the overall comfort and satisfaction of my visit.
Thank you once again for making my stay so memorable. I look forward to my next visit to Golden Tulip Muscat
Warm regards, Farzad

I think we need to work on getting rid of the musty smell in the rooms.
